BCPL manufactures a variety of cylinders for refrigerant gases. Ranging from refillable and non refillable cylinders for the Indian market and International Market. Our refrigerant cylinders are PESO approved, DOT 39 certified, DOT 4BA certified, DOT 4BW certified and Pie marked. The capacities of our products range from 340gms to 500LBS.

Refillable Cylinders

BCPL manufactures refillable refrigerant cylinders for gases: R32, R410a, R404a, R22, R407c, R422d, R38a, R290, R417a, R401a, R437a, R134a, R418a, R426a & R600a. The range includes cylinders of water capacity of 11.2 L, 26.5 L, 55.4 L and 68 L. Recently, light-weight Refillable Refrigerant Cylinders have been developed to reduce the tare weight of cylinders by 25%, designed for R410a and R32.

Non Refillable Cylinders

At BCPL, we manufacture Non-Refillable cylinders conforming to Dot 39, Pie Mark and Euro Norm EN 11118. These cylinders are designed for gases: R32, R410a, R404a, R22, R407c, R422d, R38a, R290, R417a, R401a, R437a, R134a, R418a, R426a & R600a.

The cylinders come in cartons – which can be customised based on the customer’s requirement. Since the life of both, the non-refillable cylinder and carton is the same, it is very important to make sure a long shelf life of the carton. Therefore, a very stringent in-house quality control system and a highly equipped lab is set, to ensure product and safety compliance with the UN standards.

Refrigerant cans are manufactured at BCPL. They come in two sizes 340 GMS and 650 GMS height.
