LPG Cylinders
BCPL has a diverse portfolio of types of cylinders, tanks and valves in various sizes and capacities. The emphasis of the company has been on the delivery of the products, by meeting the international quality standards at the most economical terms; ensuring customer satisfaction. a wide range of two and three-piece welded LPG cylinders is offered. The design, manufacturing and testing processes, involving some of the latest technologies, are all in accordance to the requisite standards.
Domestic LPG Cylinders
At BCPL, a wide range of Vacuum insulated double walled cylinders can be found for various applications. These tanks are mounted on vehicles for greater fuel efficiency and cost efficiency
High Tensile Steel LPG Cylinders
BCPL holds the credit of being the first in India, to develop lightweight gas cylinders manufactured from high-tensile steel. These cylinders show significant grain size refinement. This results in saving of steel weight with a strong resistance impact on the cylinders. At the same time, yielding very high tensile and strength.
Domestic LPG Tanks
BCPL manufactures 990 Ltr water capacity tanks. The manufacturing unit is equipped to design and manufacture tanks up to 3000 liters of water capacity.
These tanks are heat-treated in a state-of-the-art NC control furnace and painted with polyurethane paint with an undercoat of epoxy primer. The powder coated surface is also supplied on request. These cylinders are supplied to Indian oil and marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and to companies such as TOTAL, Super Gas and exported to other countries.
Auto Gas Tanks
BCPL manufactures two & three-piece welded steel cylinders for LPG used in automobiles, meeting the established standards and as per the customers’ requirement. These auto LPG containers are available in cylindrical and toroidal shapes. The cylindrical containers range from 200 to 400 mm in diameter, whereas toroidal containers range from 180 to 270 mm in diameter. The cylinders are available in the following capacities: 4.9 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 5.2 Ltr, 5.8 Ltr, 15 Ltr, 25 Ltr, 28 Ltr (toroidal), 34 Ltr (toroidal), 36 Ltr, 50 Ltr, 60 Ltr and 75 Ltr.
